Exchanges

Certain items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To coordinate the exchange please contact Eider Studio.

Exchanged items must be in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition it was received.

We do not offer refunds.

We do not accept returns of special orders or custom items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

We make sure to inspect each item before it is delivered to the customer.
Please report any defect or issue to info@eiderstudio.com within 48 hours of the time it is received.

Shipping for Exchanges

If you choose to ship via USPS, please address it to: Eider Studio, PO Box 5427 Santa Barbara, CA 93150

You are also responsible for packing the item in a secure manner to ensure a safe return.

All exchange shipments must be safely packed, insured for its total value and trackable. Eider Studio is not responsible for any shipping cost incurred with exchanges.
